What has happened to my platy??

hello everyone i have a red wag tail platy and all it does is either stay on the bottom and not move or stay at the top and not move can someone please tell me what they think has happened to it

What are your water params? Ammonia, Nitrite, pH. Do you have other fish in the tank? Is the fishes breathing normal?

i still dont know the cause but another one died today so i have decided if another one dies im am gonna take the water to get tested

You need to test the water before another one dies and try to save it...

Hello i am thinking of starting a saltwater nano tank but first i would like to ask a few questions.
1.what is the miniumum size tank i could have (uk) nano tank.
2 what equiptment do i need.
3 how much live rock would i need for the size tank.
4 what would be good fish to start off with
5 and about how much would it cost.
can you bear in mind im am only 14 .

tomma start a new thread most people wont check back in here.. sorry i can not offer any advice i strictly do fresh water... the salt section will have lots to read though :)
