Aren't balloon bellies smaller at their adult size than regular mollies? Or, rather, this molly is just a pretty darn big one...bigger than any balloon belly I've ever seen.

LOL, it is just a possibility. It may not be but wanted to cover all the bases.

Have you been able to see any discoloration in her belly?

It looks like there may be a darkish blob on her belly, but I could be seeing what I want to see, lol.

well, that might not be a bad thing. you can use your down time to come up with chore schedules for the fry... and start a second job to hand out allowances.

since fish age faster than people, id have a car or two handy for when they start driving! ;)

Hahaha. Well this was an unplanned pregnancy so they'll be lucky I can afford food to put on the table! They'll be walking to school and work until they can earn enough fish money to buy a vehicle.

Be patient, assuming she is prego, she will pop eventually and you will have babies all over the place. Watch for the bottom of her belly to start to square off and get almost blocky looking toward her vent. Also watch for her to start acting weird like going up and down the glass rapidly or for her to hide and dart around a lot.
