What do I feed my babie Feeder Guppies?

So my little sister bought these 25 cent feeder guppies a few months ago and they've exploded like crazy!
Most of them are in her 10 gallon, but some are in our 75 gallon and around 20 of them are in my 25 gallon.
Well, some of the females in my tank had little babies.

I have only ever kept Betta, so I only have Betta food. Can the fry eat crushed up Betta flakes?
What other kind of food can my fry, and my guppies in general, eat?

I've been planning on feeding mosquito larve to the 2 female bettas I have in the 25 gallon with my guppies, can the guppies eat those too?

Thanks for the help!

I know exactly what you mean. I have feeder guppies also.
Mine like crushed up brine shrimp, algae waffers (Trying to feed a different fish but my guppies attacked the waffer), beefheart (yet again, guppies steal this from other fish) and high quality livebearer food.

I also heard that they like BBS....
What about frozen bloodworms? My betta girls love to eat them, but do the guppies?

You could try. My Betta would always eat it too fast before the guppies could even think about eating it.

I have always fed my fry land crab powdered food and egg yolk.

I swear by it, too -- I had 2 ten gallon tanks with newly dropped fry. I fed 1 tank the crab food, the other egg yolk, BBS, Infusoria, and finely crushed flakes.. Mind you, these tanks are the same temp, same water quality, etc.. The crab food tank developed color much faster!

This is just my experience, but I do stand by it. :)

Basically livebearer fry are much more adaptive compared to betta fry. They will eat anything (literally) small enough to fit their mouths. Just approximate the sizes before feeding. They love frozen blood worms (mine do) but be careful not to feed them FBW too big for their mouths because it may choke them.

Thanks for all the advice guys!
For now, my guppies have taken to eating the TetraMin that I've been crushing up for them.
it says its for bettas too, but my 2 females hate it.

I will definitely try these other foods too!
