Looks mostly like a Blue wag tail.
I know with my red wags I every now and again get a blue color something like the one you posted,

The red one behind him, Can't see it too well but it looks like a red wag platy,
If you got them at the same place theirs a good chance their siblings.

Nope, didn't get them at the same place. I got the blue/orange one on Saturday. The platy behind him (sunburst/sunset wag) was born in my tanks approx. 7 months ago.
