Very dark Bumblee platies

I just bought a very dark female Bumblebee platy at Petco. Its mostly black with a small amount of yellow. Eyes are nearly white. If I were able to locate a male that is this dark, is it possible to get black (or mostly black) platy fry? I've never seen a black platy before. Are Bumblebees this dark very common?
