Umm, most of my fish are dying? What should I do?

I don't know how this started. It seems like my fish tank has gone under.
It seemed like after the pregnant females that I didn't know were ever pregnant, had their fry.. they were acting kind of funny. Next thing I know, the one disappeared out of the tank... Assuming she died and got eaten or sucked up into the filter. So I transferred my other yellow female into the birthing tank. And she died... Then I found my gorgeous black tailed male stuck to the filter. He died.. Then yesterday I saw the rest of the fish weren't very active and just kind of sitting at the top of the tank. I thought maybe it was ammonia in the tank or something from the dead fish? So I transferred them all to my big 30 gallon. And the females to my birthing tank.
This morning I went to check on them and my black and yellow female died. The male with orange and black spotted tail died.. my yellow male, stupid expensive $10 show Guppy male and blue male are not looking good... The only ones looking alright are my red male, my lyretail male and a few females in the birthing tank.

What should I do about the main tank? I did a water change but is there something else I should do besides that.. ?

I'm pretty new around here, but I've been around long enough to know that the first thing people with more experience are going to want to know are what are your water parameters (pH, Ammonia, Nitrate, Nitrite & Temp at a minimum).

Also everyone will want to know how long all the tanks have been "up and running" and what/ if anything you add to the water , i.e.chemicals to raise/lower ph and what you use to remove chlorine from your tap water.
How frequently you do water chanages, and if you quarantine your fish when you bring them home from the store.

Do you see any white spots on the fish that kind of look like sand?
Or can you see any abnormalities anywhere on the fish before they die?

Sorry guys, I wasn't able to check the water yet. I ran out of tests to do so.. I was going to take a water sample to petsmart to have it checked but didn't get around to it yesterday. Before I usually checked the water once or twice a week and everything was stable and fine. Sometimes the pH would get around 8.0 but never really seriously high.
So it kind of disappoints me that out of no where my tank took a turn for the worse.

Everything was fine until one day... then they all just started acting funny. I do a water change once a week. There's a thermometer in my tank, and the temperature is fine. The heater is practically new.
There is no ick. My fish have never gotten it..

Also, my tank has been up and running for over two months.
When doing water change I add a conditioner that removes chlorine and makes tap water safe.. and I add a little bit of stress zyme? if that's what it's called..
