i no of a few breeders of english bullterriers that kept all the bitches out of a litter and bred them back to there sire, all the pups are K.C reg with no probs and doing well, after a few gen's you need to add in new blood to keep the line "fresh"
getting a line bred dog means you no what your getting as they produce a "TYPE"
if you get a pup from a mating that is just a mating with no thought behind it the dogs/pups could end up coming out/ending up looking nout like ether of the dogs mated
my stafford was a out cross, the same breed, kc staff put to kc staff but to unrelated dogs that have just been bred
Sire, look at the with of his chest and head, he is a huge built staff.
damm, she is nouthink special but still a nice built girl.
and then you see what they produced my boy, he is 2 years old so no more growing to do and ptitty mutch done on the filling out side of things to
nice light built slim lined staff, but from nice thick set dogs, its funny how things work out!
any ways ill shut up now
