Swordtail bully

So i have x4 Female Swordtails and x2 Male Sword tails.

one of the Mails is just now maturing and has a small 1cm Sword.

I gues its an older male but has a 1 inch sword.

The older male constantly Chases the Younger one away. So often that the Younge Mail is an outcast and all alone.

if i increase the amount of females will the agression on the younger male go away? or if i get 1 more male. would that make it so the Dominant male in the tank doesnt focus it on the younger one?

Also my Sword tails have these Weird. Light spots on them. One has it on its back. another has it on its side. its like Light patches. its not a fungus or ich or anything. Looks like a Birthmark. Is that normal?

Adding more females or more swordtails in general will spread the agression load provided you have space for them sword tails come from very plant rich estuaries so do angels it's actually kind of funny that you have them with angels because angels love soft 6.8ph and swordtails like brackish hard and somewhat alkaline water even tho the local pet stores acclimate all the fish to 7.0 ph but back to my main point more plants will give the two males less chances of spotting each other along with doing wonders for your water chemestry.

Oh and i almost forgot your swordtails "birthmarks" sounds like velvet disease or slime disease it's velvet if it's yellow, slime if it's hazyish white both are parasitic and there's tons of pics on the web of both i suggest you do some image comparing bud...
