I don't know myself but a lot of people do it for their bettas. you can always check the DIY/ Betta DIY section of this site.

I've been scanning the web for any DIY ideas but its a little difficult as my tank is a bowfront, and I only need something temporary. However, I found a 15 gallon tank for free on Kijiji and am thinking about calling them up for it.

I haven't seen Baby in the past day but it has been all over the tank and has places to hide so I'm not too worried. :)

Thanks again everyone for the help

If there are places to hide, it should be fine. Just make sure he is currently/is able to get food :)

I wanted the partition mostly for my female Molly since she still looks pregnant but has been getting harassed by some of the male guppies. As I said, I've contacted the people with the free 15 gallon and if they still have it, then I will move her temporarily.

That sounds like a good idea. If you can get the free tank all the better. Its a great size for a breeding/fry tank :)

:) DragonFyre, you seem to be the first one to reply to my posts in this thread lol. I just contacted them this morning so I'll probably get a reply in the next day or two. Fingers crossed.

I've been trolling the freecycle site (people talk about getting tanks for free there) and have yet to find any. It sounds like a great deal. Hope you get it. keep me posted :)

Turns out Yang was pregnant lol. I have one single baby swimming around (my net isn't long enough to get it and put it in my fry trap lol). I'm kind of surprised there is only one but, Yang is more social now and is hardly ever in the log so I guess that was why.
LOL That was going to be my post to you was that she was pregnant and the stress of bringing her home made her drop. So I guess you already know that now...lol. She was in there prob bc others were looking at her like lunch time...lol. Congrats on the lil one though!!!

I can help with what I know & know with what I help!

lol that was the issue. And now I've run into a new issue but put in the breeders forum since its about her still being large lol. Its in Moly in the fry trap/breeder. (went and got a longer net lol)
