questions, questions???

well....my female guppy has had 4 drops of fry in my tank and i know the first 3 are from the same dad as there tails are all black (like 1 of ma males) my question is....will the drop that happened last night be from a different dad ????.....as the dad to those fry i no longer have :):):0

and ....in the wild will a female be having fry every month like mine is ...or is she only having them so much coz she carnt just swim away from the males???.... :):):)

if they're anything like mollies they can store 'the stuff' from the males for many months, so they might be from the now absent father.

Pretty sure wild guppies breed just as fast as the fancy guppies, but I'm betting in 'the wild' the fry have many more predators than there are in your tank.
