i think it's roughly 4 weeks,
you'll notice that she will get a dark spot near the vent area,
it will get darker over the time, and she will get bigger,
she may take to hiding in plants to get away from other fish,
when she is near the very end you can put her in a breeding net,
or leave her to give birth in the main tank,if you provide floating plants
and plenty of cover there will be a biger survival rate, depends if you
want the fry to survive or not, after they are born they feed from their egg sack(not sure how long thta's for)then you can feed them crushed flake or fry food.
good luck.

who,the fry ?
it depends on if you wish to keep them all, they tend to breed like rabbits,
and don't forget that the female dosen't always need a male, she can
have sperm saved. ! so every 4 weeks you are possibly going to have fry.
i can understand you wanting to keep your first batch,i was the same.
there is no problem with you setting up another tank for them,
and as you have a tank already all you need to do is transfer,
filter media to the new tank, and you are good to go.
remembering to test the water still. :)
i did this also with guppy fry.

you may be able to give / sell them to your LFS(fish store)
or leave them in the main tank, and the parents and other
fish will eat them, what set up have you got ?
