Chances are that the fry will be eaten if there are no hiding places. Secondly, don't put her in such a new tank setup. She might die if the parameters differ.
If you don't want to spend more than a few bucks then get this plastic basket or something similar with holes just big enough for a standard pencil to fit through.
Just put it downside up in your tank and weigh it down with a small rock. That's your new DIY fry cage. Another one of my great ideas that worked for me.
Hopefully fry will rush into this cage after they pop out. If you're not planning on spending money and have floor/wall tiles around, just place it flat in the tank with maybe a stone on one end to make some room under the tile for the fry to hide.
A combo of the above mentioned fry security systems

will save more fry than you hoped will survive.
Just remember to feed directly over these spots with crushed flakes and let it sink to the bottom where the fry can get to it without giving away their position!
Hope this helps a lot of live bearer keepers.
Kind Regards
