Hi Sam. Welcome to this forum too.
I am afraid the answer will not be changing much except it will be my words rather than the people who answered you in that other forum.

You need to get a filter to control the organic nitrogen compounds that are likely to build up in your water such as ammonia.
Your tank is too hot and should only go as high as about 26C or even less for mollies. I keep mine at about 24C for mollies. Turn down the heater control a few degrees.
Feeding 3 times a day is plenty if the fish are getting their fill each time. If you had clean water for the fry, they would be growing much better. If you really want the fry to grow, start doing large and frequent water changes using dechlorinated water. Dechlorinators are cheap and readily available so don't try to rely on just letting water sit out over night. A few times each week a change of 30% or more would help the growth. Another thing that will help those fish is giving them plenty of swimming room. You have a very small tank for growing mollies. I am using a 55 gallon, about 200 litres, tank to get mine to grow a bit faster. That is a 4 foot long tank that gives the mollies room to stretch out and exercise a bit.
Frozen or live foods can make a big difference in how fast fry grow if you are not feeding adequate quality foods. Some available live foods are microworms and baby brine shrimp. Both take your active involvement to culture them. I also make sure to feed my mollies some vegetable matter as part of their diet such as algae wafers or spirulina flakes.

I have black mollies. 9 to a 10 gallon tank, and they are growing like weeds,
So I doubt its the tank size.. I do not keep heaters in most of my tanks either, their temps are a pretty constant 80, So I doubt its the cause of being to warm....

The biggest growth you will get from young fry is daily water changes, That in itself is a big to do in growing for most any young fry,,, In the first 2 weeks or so of life is the most important growing time, After that alot goes to their sex...... I like over feeding mine during those crucial few weeks,,,, With water changes everyday you don't have to worry about fouling the water to much,,,,,, I have also found out that LIVE food is a super food for Mollies,... and they need algae or vegetable matter.
Alot of Mollies around where I live don't survive long for some reason, Live food seems to breath new life to these Mollies and they thrive...
