Unhappy PLEASE HELP!! missing fish

Hi I have a problem, over the last 2 weeks I have had 2 guppies just vanish from my tank over night, I have checked the filter, decorations and the whole of the bottom of my tank (not even any bones have been found). I dont have any fish that show agrression but I do have a moonlight guarmi, would it be possible that he has eaten them? just very strange how they can disapere over night when there was no problem before,

Thanks for any help guys

I ran into that problem a few months ago. I had a zebra danio that disappeared one morning, then a few weeks later I was missing a neon tetra and the following day another one had gone missing. The only constant variable in it all was my Pink Kissing Gourami, but I didnt want to believe it until I saw it chasing around my cories and mollies one night. I found it a new home in a larger tank with larger fish and I havent had a fish disappear since.
