Platy question. v. Hiding
I have 4 platies in my 30g tank with other community fish, 2 Mickey Mouse and 2 Red Wag. The MM's are very active and swim all the time, the 2 red platies seem to like to hide in the plants or the cave. Any ideas on why only the reds like to hide?
How long have they been in the tank? I have seemed to notice that specific fish in a species hide more than others, so maybe it is just their personality or maybe they are truly sick. From the information given I cannot make an accurate conclusion.
(1) 125 Gallon Saltwater FOWLR

I actually noticed them mating last night. I've never had Platys so this was new to me, heck, its been 15+ years since we've had a tank. Now the reds are swimming free like they were when I introduced them to the tank. It seems the MMs are doing the same thing now. Time to get ready for babies.....maybe.
