Itty bitty, eye balls and a tail at first, and they often stay in hiding for a long time while they grow to that point!! woohoo. Good sign of a healthy tank I say! Congratulations!

thanks!!!!!!!! i have a gourami seven platies and two danios. it just looks like a little black blob jetting around.

This small.
Use the thermometer to get an estimated length of how small.
That is my platy fry a few days after the were born and then 2 days ago i think i took the second picture.
So they are less than a cm when born

Ok I stand corrected... eye balls, a tummy, and a tail. lol. Thank You for the reference of the thermometer, I didn't notice it in the tank at first and yes it really give you the scale of the pic. (pun intented)
