What is coming out of the anus? Is it white mucus/discharge? If it is, it may be an internal bacterial infection or internal damage from parasites. I would also suggest you treat for parasites asap.

thank you so much guys! So my question now is, should I treat the whole tank? or should I just treat her in the quarantine tank??

I would treat the whole tank the others may be sick just not showing symptoms yet.

i had the same thing for a Swordtail female and it unfortunatly died after just 2 days :(
sorry i carnt help you, nothing else in my tank ever had the same problem

Thanks everyone! I'll buy the treatment tonight and keep you updated. This morning is the first morning that I noticed a whiteish/opaque "stool" coming out of her. I hope she makes it. All other fish seem to be ok so far. Keep your fingers crossed for me! Oh, any recommendations on types of treatment?

There is a tablet made by Jungle that I have used for parasites and it worked really well it turns the water blue.

I have used the Jungle parasite tabs and found them effective. Best of luck.

So, I bought this liquid stuff, and the guy at the lfs told me to take out my frogs, but my corys should be fine with the treatment. So I took the frogs out and put them in with one of my bettas. I added the drops and SUPRISE, one of my older cory's started breathing super hard and flipped upside down.
Then I looked and all of the other cory's we're acting weird. So I'm like DARNIT!! So I reached in and scooped them out and put them in with another betta. So the one older cory isn't doing so well and is breathing eratically and upside down. I'm guessing he'll be dead by morning. I'm so upset!
Then to top it off....I read more details on the bottle, and it says it's been known to cause cancer in humans!!! WTH?!? (what the heck)

Your LFS guy is a tool. All scaleless fish (catfish) are extremely sensitive to meds.
I think if I was treating for gill flukes I would use Praziquantel. What is the exact name of the med you are using??
