The silver platy suprising sprang to life!!! Shes now swimming around the tank and always forging for food!!! She hunts and scarfs down all the food i place in the tank. She now even harasses the betta. She constantly chases and bites at his tail even when he flares at her! he seems a bit stressed ( he hids in places and breathes really hard). I had to remove her from the tank cause she was bothering him so much.

How can i stop the bullying?

Well, you can't really "stop" the bullying. Platies are active fish and can be problematic to house with bettas. You can try adding more decorations, but it's probably best to just keep them apart.
