You are really overstocked that is for sure. Hopefully your levels stay stable. Just keep up your frequent water changes. Maybe with your deaths your tank is telling you something.
Can you take her out and put her in a hospital or QT tank and observe her for awhile. I can't get my platy's to live past a couple of years. They are not long lived fish. Hardy at first but not long lived.
