Yeah I saw that post about them changing sexes. I had no idea! lol. I'm kinda new to the whole aquarium hobby (only been doing it for the past 7 months) and it's so cool to learn new things :) I'll try and post a picture of mine on here and show ya. Hopefully I can get a good one like yours cause these are great pics of them!
To take a better picture I turned the flash off. I also used a magnifying glass in front of my camera that I picked up at Staples and used the close up images on the dial of my camera. I use this all the time to look at my fish fry and spot anything like Ich or health issues with my fish.I know it's weird but it works as my camera is not the best digital camera. If I use the telephoto feature it comes out blurry. If the fish are dark put a lighter background I used a white towel as I did not want the filter plugs to show. Lighter fish a darker background is better. These black platies are in a 3 gal. QT tank for 1 week before I add them to my main tank.
