Cool my mollie is lying on the bottom of the tank and not swiming

i noticed last night that one of my ballon mollies was lying on the bottom of the tank and not swiming. today i looked at it and it is still not swiming. i put the net in to see if i could move it to get a better look and it did swim off but i noticed that its' back fin wasn't right. it is clamped firmly shut instead of spread like all my other fish and its swiming was kinda jerky not fluid and the back half of the tail was stiff. this particular fish was allways swiming in the little whirlpool that my filter created now all it does is lye on the bottom of the tank. it doesn't come up to eat and i haven't seen it eat the flakes when they make it down to the bottom but i do have some live plants that the fish do eat sometimes so i don't know if it is eating or not.
if any one has any suggestions as to what i should do that would be helpful.

i fixed it

i took the fish to my local fish experts and they say it is some kind of paricite. they told me the treat with copper. i have begun treatment today but i forgot to ask how long i should quarintine the fish before reintraducing it to the main aquarium. right now its in a little glass bowl for treatment. i will post if anything changes.

Unhappy sad news

turns out it was a pariste. bad news is i caught it to late. i woke up to day and they poor fish was dead with something kinda like little red strings sticking out its bottom. i am going to keep an eye on my other fish just incase they get infected to.
