My babies are SURE Growing up!

Hello fellow fish friends! It has sure been awhile!

Well, I was here to update you about my babies! As some of you guys know I have been caring for 4 platy fry for the past 5 months. I have been caring for them since they were first born. One things I noticed is that they go poop so much. Their tank is a mess! They are currently living in a heated with an under ground filter, 3 gallon tank and girls/boys will be moved to my cycling 10 gallon. One is almost full grown and I am still feeding them mashed flakes. There is one that is almost full grown and most of them are very close to being full grown too. But there is one that I would call the "runt" he/she is really not that big and it looks like his spine is too big for his body because it is twisted up in down in his body but he doesn't show any signs of pain or irritation. But if his body would just spread out or grown more he would be like all the other fry. I am starting to be able to tell their sexes but their are about 2 I can't really make out so I'll just have to wait. But they all seem very happy and couldn't look more healthy.

Oh i forgot to add this in, they also have a tetra filter in their cycling 10 gallon.

congrats on the healthy fry. the one with the bent spine probably won't straighten out though and you should keep an eye on him. this is a fairly common deformity and if he is given the chance to breed, the resulting fry will most likely show this trait as well and possibly even more serious ones. you should probably separate him/her from any fish of the opposite sex to prevent this from happening. sorry for the bad news.

Oh i definatley will I don't want any more babies. Also I was wondering why do they poop so much?
