Gravid spots can be hard to see on some fish, it will look like this. That aside she is very full, and knowing how much livebearers like to breed it's very likely she's pregnant.

What a nice Dalmation Molly! The sailfin fish is the male. You can't really see gravid spots on Mollys. She looks very pregnant. Mollys are notorious fry eaters. Plants and places for the fry to hide are good things. The other fish in the tank will probably hunt down the fry also. She COULD be less than two weeks out...probably less.

Yes she is a beauty. I have added some plants to my aquarium according to you suggestion. No baby yet. Just waiting for the time . It feels like clock just stopped... still waiting....

Thanks mate. If u r planning to bring a molly, then buy 2 female for one male . I have 1 pair he bothers her all the time lolz ( looks like her is trying to get something from her) but she is preggo. Sometimes she hides because of him. Chasin 2 female will be tiring for male :D thats why bring 2 female with one male . Good Luck.

We Have Some Dalmatian Molly Babies Here...

:) So happy. First Time My Fish Gave Birth :) They are so tiny. My Feelings are unexplainable. And Yes I wont forget to post pics :) .

Now I have some questions for my baby mollies. She gave birth to about 30-35 but survived only 19 rest of them borned dead. Good news is I have still 19 baby mollies. I have read so many articles on taking care of baby mollies but I still have some questions. I am keeping them in a small glass jar about 6 inch wide and 9 inch long though I have a 7 gallon tank. I just put them in glass jar so that I can feed them properly is it ok for now If I keep them here? If its not them I have to place them in 7 gallon tank but what should be the water level? And what about the water temp? Thanks everybody, need quick response :)
