i have a pregnant molly (called maureen) and she is very heavily pregnant. tho it seems she has been for ages, i got her a month ago and still no fry? she is huge in comparison to my other 2 females.she also seems to always have trailing solids? its always brown in colour, is she constipated??? also is it normal for mollies to hang out on the surface??? all 5 seem to do this but none seem poorly they r extemly active and feed well. any advice deeply appreciated, thanks , alex

Hi Lioness.

Yes, it's normal for them to hang on surface. I would assume it could be constipated. Green peas will work for them.:)

Be prepared for a huge batch of babies! The trailing poo is normal for female live bearers, my swords do it all the time when they are about 10 days out until they drop.
