I'll try to post pictures of each of my fish. I too bought some more guppies and mollies today. I can't resist buying awesome looking fish! I'm gonna get myself into trouble haha

The last tank picture is my newest 29 gallon tank. I hope to get some guppies in there. I've been testing the water, but the pH seems to be a little high. I bought some driftwood, but not sure if that will help much.
Any advice to lower it? I think it was in the 8.x's..

Lets see.. the white male Guppy I was told was a show Guppy. I bought a "pair".
I also bought a nice black tailed Guppy to match my black female.
And I bought a male with a broken back fin.. I think he's got great potential.
He was in an over crowded tank with other fish that probably shouldn't have been in there. Almost all the gups in that tank had something wrong with their tails. I tried picking out the best looking.
I also bought a male and female "lyretail" molly.. I think that's what they are. I'm not very familiar with mollies so I get platies and mollies mixed up.

I didn't realize i had so many pictures.

Are the last one mollies? The half yellow/black and black.. The woman said they were.. I just thought they were a little bigger/different.

Nice fish! The last picture is defined mollies. I'm not sure how I tell the difference, but I can somehow...

ye i think mollys too ....look up the diffence on the net and olso my fav is the light blue male with the "two tails" with the 3 black spots down his body......:):):)......but you have black mollys and the yellow/black are also mollys :):):)

Omg so my bumblebee Platy gave birth today! :D I still might buy another female instead of keeping the female from her litter (though the current male i have probably wasn't the father anyways....)

Changed my mind... none of the pics are good enouh to be "thread-worthy."

Btw I caught likeee 6 fry, not exactly sure. Aside from the very black one, the rest do not look too different from the twin-tail one... other than that they are more of a gold-y color. The one I took the pic of was the first one, who is probably the prettiest one. I saw another mostly black bumblebee Platy but I didn't catch it! :( Hopefully I'll find it later...

I thought she and the red wag Platy were going to have birth! She was acting funny and looked pretty fat. Shoulda kept her in the breeder box... but oh well I couldn't be 100% sure she was ready. I'm pretty sure my red wag Platy will give birth in the next couple of days. She gave birth a few days after my twin bar Platy and my twin bar Platy gave birth 2 days ago.

WOW!! NICE! i cant wait to see how the fry turn out!! i want some bumblebee platies :) but im breeding guppys now i have no room for them. but anyway i like the pic of the male u have(5th from the bottom) looked like my male that died a couple weeks ago.

My red wag Platy gave birth last night! :P Caught 6 babies so far. I bet their is more though i my tank. :/ Can't rampage all the plants though to find them. ;/ Too bad I didn't catch her. She gave birth when I was sleeping. Knew she was due soon.

Just thought I'd say I ended up catching 6 more so I caught 12 red wag Platy babies. :)

And ya! I had 3 births in the last... 5 days. Guess that happens when I have 9 females in my 29g tank. (2 Females in with my angelfish but I doubt any of those babies will survive...)

and to put a downer on all these births....the baby i realeased on christmas eve was dead this morning there were no damage to it , it was just dead ....but all my fry from last week are doing good ...no deaths there :(:(:(:(:(:(

Sorry to hear about your fish. :( Some fish just don't make it. :(

Oh, and another downer; I think I killed some of my fish somehow... a few of the ballon molly babies look bloated... I think they might have ate too much (might have over fed on accident....) We'll see how they are tomorrow. Maybe they'll be ok.
