Exclamation Livebearers giving birth then dying?

In the past two day, I have had a fry boom and the female that have had the babies have die, Swordtails, Endler's livebearer, and one Platy. I had three female swords die, and now I have only two males. My female Endler has died as well leaving me with the male. I have three female and one male platy left. The fry are fine and all. I have about 10 maybe more. The tank is 20 gallons long, and I have the Tetra Advanced Filtration 20-40 gallons. Temperature stays at a constant 78 degrees Fahrenheit. I am going to check on them and test the water.

Sorry To Hear About Your Guppies. This Happened To A Couple Of Mine And It Turned Out To Be They Had Just Exhausted Themselves With Birth. I Can Understand How Its Not Easy Labour For SomeThing So Small That Can Have Upto 100 Young.
All The Best With Your Juniors :)

What are you feeding your fish JadeBetta? If they are being given a diet like a typical betta would thrive on, high in animal protein, that could be a part of your problem. Anther thing I see is that you are running your tank on the warm side of things. I would drop temperatures to the mid 70s with just a livebearer tank. Oversized fry from rapid growth before they are born can cause the kind of problems you are seeing.
