I'm pretty sure she's pregnant...

I have a picture of my fish from January 23rd and today on February 10 this is what she looks like. Would you agree she's pregnant? The top picture is the older picture and then bottom is the one from today.

I thought that was my fish for a minute !!! looks just like her . .. she gave birth last month, im guessing the dad was a dalmation cos i now have 13 koi pattern mollies.

Yours looks like a couple more days, her stomach will square off and then usually the next day i find they give birth.

Good luck

stevenjohn21 is there any chance you could post a picture of your molly's babies? I'm pretty sure the dad of these babies will be from a dalmation also and was just curious what yours look like.

Took me a few tries to keep some alive...

I would Suggest that you make sure you have floating plants in there for them to hide in... i had 5 of mine in a breeder net and found another one after 3 days and he was way bigger than the rest so i let them all out and they are doing well.

They seem to me to grow better when they can free swim.

And if you sneek in after a few hours of dark you can see them swimming about while the big fish sleep

Congrats! and good luck

Yah same here... I think it is because they swim against the current and build muscle and grow... At least in my tank
