Short of moving the fish to another tank, there is little that can be done to curb aggression which often occurs with male livebearer's.
You do not indicate how large the tank is but the molly's need at least 20 gallons and adding some artificial plants or live floating plants on the surface might bring some relief by allowing the fish to seek refuge among the plants.
I might also consider that the molly's perfer warmer temps than the platy's enjoy.
Molly's are comfortable in temps between 78 and 82 degrees F while platys are much more comfortable at temps between 74 and 76 degrees F. Ditto for Swordtails who also like cooler temps.
