How to sex a molly

I just got three molly fish from Jones Pet Co. and I need to know what sex the mollies are. The lady at the pet store said that the difference between the males and the females was that the females' tail fins fan out at the bottom and the males' go straight down. I am not very good at judging fins so could anyone tell me an easier way to sex my mollies because i need to make sure that i have two females and one male. Thank you very much!

(P.S Is there any way that I can speed up the breeding process because I am trying to get them to breed and make babies)

female bottom fin is more rounded

male bottom fin is more pointed

there prob still a bit young

usually nothing will happen till they are about a year or so

don't rush them , nature will take its coarse when they are ready

Seaweed's right. The fin you need to look at is the one right behind the anus. If it's shaped like a triangle it's female. If it'd long like a finger, it's a male.
Don't worry about speeding them up. Once they start breeding, you'll wish they would stop. Make sure you keep the male to female ratio low. About 1 male to 3 fems. Mine are ready in about 6 to 7 months.
