Question How long to wait b4 putting fry in big tank

I have about 9 molly fry and 4 guppys, How long do I need to wait after they are born to put them in the tank with my bigger fish? I have them in a 10 gallon tank right now, wanting to transfer them to my 40 gallon. Thanks in advance!

Depends on the size of the molly/guppy fry mostly.
I usually wait about 2 weeks,
Basically wait until they are too big to fit in the adults mouth.

Always in NEED & looking for more Tanks!

yep,the longer you can wiat the better, gives them more chance,
also have plenty of places for them to hide if you can,and floating plants too.

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.
