Separating him may not be a bad idea. I'm not one to tell but are the other Mollies possibly pregnant? I brought home a normal molly and my male continued to chase the one before getting the new female. I have a feeling my new female was pregnant, so not as 'interesting' to the male.
Also how much hiding is there in the tank, is there plenty of line of sight blocks where the fish can go to? Although mollies do not go into caves I find my one female tends to hide in holes and in a log thing I got. Do you have a picture of your aquarium?
