well theo ne guppy fry that i had that was darker than every other one is starting to get more color now. it was darker and bigger specks on it now.the dots r black and still hes the only one with that. i can hardly ever find him during the day he only comes out at night or evening. all my fry have shown some growth really they grew in 2 days thats wierd. their tails r darker now so i can see them when they flap them to swim and as i see it they r all roundtails.

iv you dont plan on breeding off it and its healthy eating swimming then keep it :)

but if your adding it to a female and male tank then unfortunatly if you breed off it the babys will look like this one (not good) :(

my female has had 6 fry ...its more than the first time she had them when she had one there with my older baby in a breeder net :):):)

well i didnt kill them myself i fed them to the adult guppies and only one of them is big enough to eat it so he always eats it. im planning on breeding some of the babies and give the ones i dont like to the lfs. so if i had a deformed one that wouldve not been pretty :/ yea i feed them 5 times a day on weekends and on weekdays i feed them 3 cause of school.

in my whole experience of breeding anything this is the first time and i started in july with swordtails but i wasnt knowledged enough to keep them alive.
i caught all the guppy fry(at least i think all) and i let them go one by one so i could count and i got to 21 but i might have missed some cause i have plants and they could hide. but i just had to cull 2 more cause they had bent backs. so i have around 19-20 guppy fry. tomorrow they will be two weeks and im so excited! my first time is gonna be a success.well actually i started to breed bettas in august but havent had a successfull spawn until december but i cant keep the babies alive with live stuff its to hard. so i decided it was time for guppies because they r easy to breed and they r beautiful.

sounds like you have had fun with breeding i would have done the same to another of my young females who had a bend back but my grandma fell in love that one so i kept it alive and gave that one and 6 others to her :)

im gona breed honey gouramis down the line ...i have a male already in my tank but hes too young to breed but i carnt find any females anywhere so i will have to keep my eyes open :):):)

yea i might go to platies then to gouramis. i had gouramis in my 36 gallon tank. they werent even close to breeding. but they died like a month ago. they were flame gouramis but they never built a bubble nest or anything.

the fry are two weeks old today.for some reason i think they rnt growing as much as i thot. how big should they be at two weeks?
