Goodieds and Oddball Livebearers

Does anyone keep Goodieds or other oddball livebearers? I would like to hear from anyone who does work with these. I have Least Killies and Belonasox at the moment. Will be setting up 1-2 C.A.R.E.S tanks for the extinct varieties.

If you don't keep them are you interested??

I work with goodeids some can be very difficult to obtain and often very difficult to pass on, many fish keepers have the view of a very drab looking and aggressive fishes, sadly they will never become as popular as the common livebearers

I'm not worried about the flashy colors and finnage, I just like observing their behavior and style. Enjoy them for what they are. Enjoy them for what they are.

I know this is a year old. I just happened to come across it. I keep some Goodeid species. I have some rare and very valuable species. I will be selling some fry from my Xenotoca melanosoma towards the end of this month when it cools down.

I have :
Xenotoca melanosoma
xenoophorous captivus "illescas"
Goodea gracilis miller collection
allodonticthys tamazulae
allotoca goslinei
allotoca maculata

and should be getting a few more in a few weeks

I also have Xiphophorous clemenciae from "Rio Carolina" collected by Rusty Wessell

all have location and\or collection info

Thanks! You can e-mail me at Take care! Chris
