food for mollies??

im a newbie in keeping mollies, im confuse in choosing the right food for my mollies. those foods I've saw at the market have the following brands or names, "Tetra Algae", "Nutrafin Max Live Bearer Food".

what is the best and right food for my mollies in order for them to grow bigger and healthier.
