I have a tank with platies, mollies, and guppies. What kind of food would be good to add to their diet? Right now they mostly have flake food and occassionally blood worms. The blood worms seem rather large for them though and sometimes it looks like they choke when they first suck it in (they all ended up fine though), and I'm suprised they aren't as piggish with the blood worms as they are the flakes. Sometimes the worms just sit on the bottom for a bit.

What other foods can I add to my fish's diet to keep them happy and healthy and in tip-top shape? :)

You could also try frozen brine shrimp and get some different brands of flakes just to switch things up.
