I have a female balloon belly molly that I have raised from birth. She is honestly the oddest fish I have ever seen. I saw her being born, and her mother was a balloon belly. However, she does not look like a balloon belly. She is white with yellow and orange specks, and small black dots that come and go. She is very long and big. Could it be possible that she is part regular molly, or that she has a birth defect?
For as long as I can remember, she has stayed constantly next to the heater, wiggling back and forth. The wiggling will start out slow, but will get violent, almost like seizing. She is my oldest fish, and does not show any signs of sickness besides this. She has been doing this her whole life. Also, the tank is warm enough, and sometimes when she is by the heater, the heater isnt even on. Please help! I have no idea what is wrong with my fish!
