That first male is really pretty!! I would also like to point out that I have two miniature versions of your black male guppy :)

dragonfyre.... thank you ... I am trying to breed him.... he does like the ladies *G* ...... I am hoping that some of the male fry turn out like him.... *S*

I just got a black male guppy today! I'm going to find a female for him, also. Its exciting, the thought of getting black fry!

Although they are kind of gorgeous, I've decided to get rid of my black female simply because the black overrides nearly all the other genetics and I end up with a bunch of black guppies. It seems the really gorgeous colors are really hard to pass along so good luck with that ;)

I got green, orange,red,black,yellow, and a whole lot of different colors from breeding my gups, probably because of the colors passing off from different generations.

That's cool. I'm hoping to breed in some cobra patterning but so far haven't gotten more than a spot or two.

Oh I'm so sorry. It's always hard to loose a fish, especially one as gorgeous as him. Do you have any of his offspring?
