Cool Triops Water

I know that when your first trying to hatch the triops, you use distilled water. But after awhile, distilled water can kill the triops. How many days after they hatch do you switch to other water like say aquarium water?

but i know that your supposed to have them in distilled water for a few days after they hatch but when do you change to different water?
