Hi,
I am starting to have a bunch of ramshorn snails in my 55 gallon tank. They must have come in with the camboba I planted about a month or so ago. I can see that they've laid eggs on once side of my aquarium...how do I get rid of it?
Also, there are a lot of teeny little ones that I've been killing off from the walls, but there are more all over the floating plants. Some of the leaves are dying, so I guess that's why they're accumulating. If I make sure that I don't overfeed and get rid of the dead / dying leaves, will it help to maintain a steady snail population?
I don't plan on killing them all, just maintain a steady population....I've read that they eat algae as well.
Thanks,
Ami
