I found what looked to be a slug in my shrimp tank, and although I had my brother get rid of it I figured I should find out what it was.
besides incredibly horrifying D:
Unfortunately, I didnt think to get a picture.
It was definitely a slug, and about 3/4 of an inch long. It had a bunch of brown dots in it and before I found out what it was, I poked it and some of the dots fell out and moved so Im assuming they are creepy baby slug things that Ill have to deal with later. It actually looked like an assassin snail without shell. It was not arrow shaped and when I move it, it curled into a ball.
My tank is a 29 gallon with cherries, pest snails, assassins and Otocinclus.
and apparently slugs.
After googling Planaria, i suppose it looks a bit like them, but i didnt realize they got that big?
