Rili Shrimp - what are they?

So I was at the pet store and they did indeed have shrimp, they called them Rili shrimp.

I did a search, but the information was not exactly the best. IS it correct in that they are a variant of cherries? If so then care would be similar?

I currently have them running loose in the empty side of my 10 gal. After I lost PK I thought about getting another boy, but I left it for now.

If not for the clear instead of white, they remind me of crystal red. It was funny, looked like they were getting it on!
