Thanks for the suggestion, but we don't have those assassin snails here. I know from Inga's thread about ridding her of the ramshorns that dwarf chain loaches also eat snails, but the price here is $30 a fish, so they haven't made it to my "what to buy right now" list.
You know, it sounds awful and "snailist" but I wouldn't want to kill my baby apple snails, but I kill my ramshorns without batting an eyelid.
As long as there are just the couple I've seen, and not the hundreds that I'd read about, I'll just let them get big enough then sell them to the aquarium shop. | chain loaches are 6 for 60 over here but why are they so expensive
