Non-aggressive crayfish?

Hey everyone, I have been considering getting a second crayfish, but this one would be in a community tank rather than his own.

The tank in question is a 40 gallon long, and eventually it would be housing several chinese hillstream loaches once it's set up as a high current river tank.

I would love to have a crayfish in that large of a tank(or even two but that seems to be pushing it) but I would hate to lose any of my hillstream loaches.

The tank also has rosy red minnows, and those I would not mind being a snack for him from time to time, and i don't know if he would be more likely to go after them than a hillstream loach to begin with.

Everywhere I've gone I see different things, from all crayfish being ravenous, to species differing, to them being terrible hunters, so I wasn't sure if anyone has had any experience with any species of crayfish that don't seem to go after their fish.

The tank will also have lots of java moss and java fern, and I'll probably be able to replace it as he eats it from my other tanks(I have two tanks growing it like crazy to be able to plant all my tanks heavily in the future, and to give my current crayfish a snack from time to time)

Thanks for any help!
