mystery snails stuck together

I have one yellow (Garri) and one black (Patrick) mystery snail. Usually they do their own thing.... sliding, gliding, climbing all over the aquarium, never really crossing each others path. But every two or three days, Patrick finds Garri and climbs on top and they both wrestle and roll around. Does anybody know what they could be doin ? Reckon they are fighting or breeding ? It sometimes looks kinda violent. The yellow one (Garri's) body is usually extened really far outta the shell.
