well i got some snails today and they r mystery snails.can u tell me a little bit about those?

Pretty basic snails. They can breed if there's some way they can get up above the waterline to lay their eggs. They'll eat any sort of detritus in the tank but produce a decent amount of waste themselves. They should be kept in water with a pH above 7.0 and ideally with a decent KH reading. You can supplement their diet with foods rich in calcium or even calcium pills like Caltrate.

ok thanks.sometimes i think they r laying eggs cause they stop moving and drop these black stuff and i think its poop lol

omg i woke up and ther is snail poop all over my plant! i was like "gross"! do they eat it?
