Ghost shrimp vs Neo hetero

I am wondering how to identify a glass or ghost shrimp (Paleomonetes sp.) from a bland colored Neocaridina heteropoda. I first got 6 "algae cleaner" shrimp of unknown species. There are only one or two left as far as I can find. Then I got 2 ghost shrimp from Petco, at least sold as such. Now I have RCS from breeders and I don't want them to interbreed and bleed out the color. I know the RCS can breed with the other Neocaridina but not the Paleomonetes. Any distinctive ways to tell the clear colored shrimp apart?

Now that I know what to look for, if only I can find them again! I moved 3 big ones 1"+ that all looked alike and I think are the Neocardininas. I put them in my 14g tank and they are gone! They are so camouflaged I may never see them again!
