ghost shrimp dying???

I am having a hard time with this because I try and take really good care of my tanks and make sure that everything is pretty close to perfect at all times... I have not lost a fish.

but my ghost shrimp are dying.

I bought 5 about a month ago and they seemed to be doing really well and then a few days ago one turned brown and died, then again last night one turned brown and died. They seem to be more of a milky white color then clear lately.

The only thing I added new was the correct dose of flourish (2 doses a week apart)...and just gave the second dose yesterday.

Is this what is killing them? because I have read a few times that this product is fine for ghost shrimp.

30 gallon species tank
- Ameca Splendens (breeding trio - expecting first fry in Feb)
55 gallon planted
- Montezumae swordtails (7 young adults)
- Corydoras Paleatus (5 young adults)
- 2 female guppies + fry and various ghost shrimp

slow whiteness usually means poisoning. Flourish only has a small amount of copper so it is unlikely that flourish is the cause. It is likely your tap water. If the tap water has too much copper, it will slowly poison the shrimp.
