I didn't plan on putting shrimps in there. We have algae wafers from our other tank that sustained the Otto's when there was no algae growth so hopefully that will help. I'm not quite ready for fish in there yet though. My dilema is the high ammonia. Everything else is right where it should be except the ammonia which is on the high side. It has been at about the same point for about a week and a half.

What I need to know is should I do a water change though the tank is still cycling? I know normally this isn't a good idea, that's why I decided to ask first.
