Cherry Shrimp and CPO you mean? Yea they'd get along CPOs don't even touch their own young so...

Lisa no COP vs Blue Lobster 2 entirely different things kinda like comparing Tetra behavior with a Oscar int he fish world (behavior & its size) you do NOT wanna have one them in your planted tank take my word for it

I'll take your word for it. I wasn't interested in it. It just caught my eye when I walked by. Interesting buggers, but not for me. I'm looking to replace my Angels and still trying to get my hands on a BN pleco. Seen every pleco ever made (rubbernose, common, clown, bulldog) at my various LFS's except a simple BN. Just my luck

You found empty shell this AM? I thought I warned you about this before to NOT be shocked!?

That is a VERY GOOD sign!!! If they molt properly and not die that means everything is well, poor water and other conditions can at times lead to molting issues which can go from a 'issue' to death - So seeing yours molt successfully is a very good sign. Just like shrimp farms I also always offered them dried oak leaves and alike. While, just like with shrimp, there is a lot yet to be scientifically explored and to be understood there's something given off by the leaves that support a proper molting and health while they snack away on the dried leaf - What it is no one really knows for sure yet but its proven fact to help them so you may want to consider adding 1-2 leaves somewhere int he back of you tank hiding for him/ her.

It actually had a shrimp pellet in its mouth. As far as how clean it is, I'm actually adding an eheim 2213 to the tank today. Right now all I have is an aqua clear 50. The only things I do to it are weekly 15% pwc and my filter has a 100ml bag of SEACHEM PURIGEN in it.
