Common Pond Snails...How big do they actually get?

Maybe it has to do with the type of plants...As soon as I got them all my leaves were thinned out. MTS are good though. I was concerned about them but still happy with my decision with introducing them.

.About how large the snails get. but I have a few that came in on plants . I too squish em when I see em . I leave the Trumpet snails alone however.

Yeah I didn't know whether to take that as a joke or not..i don't know your personality. But I would believe out of all the freaky things in nature there is most likely a snail as big as a bathtub...after being a mother of many snails I couldn't even imagine how much waste a snail the size of a bathtub must make....
